We’re going to be moving in a few months once our house is done being built.  We were able to get a lot of land nearby for a pretty good price.  We’ve got about 5-6 acres now, and the woods are really nice.  I was walking around and exploring the woods the other day and jeeze, just look at this.

LOOK AT THAT FUCKING TREE

I swear to god that thing must be over 5 feet around!  I couldn’t get my arms around it.  The limbs are pretty big, and you can go climbing up it really easily.  A nice deer trail runs under it too.

And then there’s that creepy little mound there.  That’s all that’s left of a foundation of a building that was on our property.  It used to be an old lumber mill.  I found a really old looking nail there, but I didn’t want to mess with it.

My new haunting grounds are neat.

This is what, the third time I’ve tried making this?  I tried painting once, but I didn’t like how it looked so I tried cutting stripes and then sewing them on but that looked horrible so I ripped them all out and just used bias tape.
